Last night was a big challenge in my fitness life (lol). Tried the legit crossfit Greenhills WOD with an actual class--and I weakened nung warm-up palang. Haha. Parang wala ako sa wisho at kondisyon, nahihilo ako sa talon talon na narealize ko wala sa yoga. Matapos ang years na flexibility, balance and focus ang target through bikram, STRENGTH and endurance and actual toning na ang igegain ko through a 3x a week of crossfit for a month. May pasa pasa ako now, feel ko mali mali ang form ko huhu, but naniniwala ako na I'll always improve day by day through practice!

Thought of bringing my overnight things in my Technopack--along with my gadgets na protected with its padded feature. Best companion to of Fashionista Commuters, travelers, and even those na magsstaycation lang (like me) na bitbit pa ang laptop! ;p Pwede din sa mag woworkout, hehe. Mukha pa shang quality and also affordable!;)
